Description:
The customer requests us to remove Consultors that are no longer working at the hospital.
There are really clinic locations. We do not use the Enlighten web interface to delete users, rather we use the Enlighten Tools (Enlighten Tools v2.0.0.4 or later)
We need to check these users do not have any future appointments, for any users who have future appointments, we are not allowed to remove them.
Steps for Remove Users if there are no future appointments.
1. Open Enlighten Tools
2. Go to the Remove Consultors tab
3. Search the applicable Service(s)
4. Select the clinician (Make sure there are no TotalFutureApts )
5. Press Remove selected.
6. Wait for the removal
7. Confirm that it's removed and Press okay.
Note: If there are future appointments, we need to move them to test service. Move all those appointments to the test service. Please do not move forward with those users who have future appointments.
In addition to removing Consultors, we should also be removing Enlighten Service Mappings that are no longer in use. Removing unnecessary Enlighten Service Mappings will make the processing of inbound messages more streamlined, which usually improves server performance.
